My x girl friend a married woman with 2 kids logged a complaint against me for making her fake profile on facebook with her normal picture and her name, actually her devrani made her profile from my laptop and sent frnd request to one of her family member, after that i deactivated that profile,after few days my x gf logged complaint in cyber cell and they called me to come to police station,after verifying that the call was from cyber cell i made a call to my x gf's husband and i talked to him in a decent way, but next day they logged another complaint for threaten and police logged a FIR u/s 507 IPC, by god grace i was having auto recording option in my cell and all calls were recorded,her husband is a govt employee and working in a dairy devolpment deppt(punjab),i have recording of that call which shows i hve talked to him in a decent way,in this case what should i do sir ?? and in another compalint for making fake facebook profile i have recordings of her devrani who was involved for making that profile,she did this b'coz she wanted to take revenge from my x gf's husband(reason for revenge is that he molest her few days back when she was alone at home ),even i have recording of that conversation also in which he is feeling sorry from her for what he did, i have all the proofs against this cheap family but don't know what should i do further ,pls guide me through your precious suggestion sir , can i file a complaint against her husband for making false statement for threaten ?with recordings as a proof police will take any action against her devrani or not ??

1. A complaint can be filed against anyone for threats, criminal intimidation and causing injury to reputation.

2. The police may take action even on oral statement. Any kind of evidence, including recording, may help. Proof is required for the court.
