Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pakistan
I am in Pakistan. I am working in a government organisation and my colleague is continously harrassing me with sectarian discrimination in front of everyone using words for me as terrorist, afghan and so many other things. I am a Pakistani national. What action can I take against him? Thanks

You can file a suit against him for permanent injunctions and damages for defaming you and harassing you in front of others, and for that first send him a legal notice.
