Dear Sir / Madam,

If you say that admission fees of Rs. 2,50,000/- were paid under the table, where is the question of paying Rs. 50,000/- to a broker ? Your friend is right in asking you to return back the balance monies if you were unable to obtain receipts from the college for all amounts paid on his behalf by you to the college and handing the money receipts over to your friend. If you do not have the receipts, you will have to repay the balance monies to your friend.

Regards,
