Legal Question in Education Law in India

i am a student in NIT Trichy. I am in my final years now.I am from Nepal.When i was in second year, CBI came to check our certificates if they are correct or not.According to the admission procedure class 12 appearing students could also apply for the NITs.so i did.condition was result should be submitted before the end of june 2010. but my result was published only on 16 august 2010. when i came in nit trichy i asked them if it was going to be a problem because my result has not been published yet and it can take 1 month more.they said it wont be a problen as we consider examination date as a passing date.but when CBI checked the documents and saw my result was published in august they told the college to cancel my admission.but the college did not agree to them and did not expel me.but when i was in my 3rd year the registrar changed and CBI threatened college to do a case against them so the college expelled me. i went to the high court and got a stay order.the case is going on .What are my changes to win???
note that among all the nits CBI has only come in nit trichy and students who passed a same date as me are studying in other nits and are not having any problem.
also the Indian embassy in Nepal has send many students who passe a same date as me and in many NITs and they are also not having any problem.
All the NITs admission procedure for foreign students is same.
