Legal Question in Family Law in India

u/s 125 crpc husband has given undertaking before chief judicial magistrate that petition u/s 125 crpc may be disposed off by accepting the same order which has been given by high court u/s 24 of hma. but today high court granted high maintenance amount. now husband wants to withdraw undertaking given u/s 125 crpc to magistrate.

please tell is it possible to do so and how

once the undertaking is given in the court, it cannot be withdrawn. however, seek legal opinion in person.
