Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I have a 6.4 Year & 2.9 years daughter , my wife is now become mentally retard , So please let me confirm how I can have the legal custody of my daughters.

Dear, You have to file a suit for the custody of minors before the family court. then you will be given custody of minors by the decree of the court.
