I am 38 years lady I have a daughter 6 years old . me and my husband separate before one year and our daughter was with me but now I want divorce leggle with custody of my daughter and maintenance for her which is refused by my husband. how I will get it?

you need to file a maintenance case along with divoce case

so that you can get justice...
