Legal Question in Family Law in India

It been 2 years of my marriage. My marriage is not working out. Always She has threaten to kill me and threaten me of police because her uncle is in it.my family went there at her home to take her back but her whole were planning to kill me,openly threatening to kill. Since we got married. She always fighting with me and father favor her for wrong things.. 3 times she ran away from my home. Because if this I got some much depressed and left my job. Now she want half of property which is on my father name.i am feeling so helpless due to the women protection rules.i hate her.. She spoiled my career.. Now I don't want to live with her.. Please advise me
