Legal Question in Family Law in India
After 8 years 3 months of a happily married life (with no child) my wife sued a 498A along with 125 CRPC (maintenance) charges against me. I've plead for my bail and was granted the same.
My in hand salary is around Rs 66,000 without quarterly variable payout of 6600, which I only get if I remain as a billable resource for minimum 75% days in a quarter.
I've a car loan with EMI of Rs.13,000 and a personal loan with EMI Rs. 5000. I do not have any bank balance (around Rs 6 lakhs in PPF a/c) or any property on my name except the car.
My father is a retd. State Govt. employee who draws around Rs. 18,000 as pension. We stay in a flat which belongs to my mother.
My parents are both ill and need regular medication of around Rs. 5000 per month.
I hereby would like to know the approximate amount of maintenance that my wife is entitled to get.

dear client if yr wife is also employed then u will need not to pay maintenance. if she is not employed then u will have to pay 10,000 to 15,000 rs as maintenance. for any legal help call me
