Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi.. I'm 25 Yr old female.. My mom is working woman.. She will be retired by this month... My father is asking money from my mother (45 lacks).. He is saying he has given to my mother for some property n renovation etc etc.. Which is not true... There is no proof of this well.. He has started torturing me n my mother mentally.. He has threatened me as well.. My mother will get pension from next month.. So he will be the legal nominee.. But my mother don't want him to be nominee.. What should I do.. I'm very helpless... Hoping for solution n suggestion... Thank you in advance

File a complaint u/s 12 of the Domestic Violence act, only if the matter is very grave. Do not depose any incorrect facts to the protection officer. Usually such incidents happen, when something like (PF & Pension) this is about to arrive home. If your father had given for renovation to your mother, then ask your mother to settle with him.
