AOA, Khula k case main agar husband bilkul apear hi na ho tou kia nuksan outha sakta hai ,waja sirf ye hai k husband apni wife apnay si juda hota deakh he nahe sakta?

khula ka order pass ho jai ga. Lekin agar husband appear ho tu usko apni wife k sath masalhat (reconciliation) ka moqa mile ga aur wo us ko mana sakta hay.
