Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

AOA, We married our doughter 5years ago,She have 2 childrens 3years old doughter & 11 months old son .Her mother in law & Husband both are very creule minded always degrade my doughter..Already my doughter's husband younger & older brother's wives very faedup and leave her mother in law with in six months. only she is sufrring since 5 years for her childrens , but enough is enough she don't want moor longer live with that stuped women and her faimly ,Badluck is her husband is also with her mother, Now she demanding a seprate accomodation for her childrens. and herself .Now since last 4 months she is living with me[ parents home ], Those mother & son snached my doughter's 3 years old baby.My doughter day and nigh crying for her baby. Which is very pain full for my whole faimly.PLZ FOR GOD SAY KINDLY HELP ME AND GIVE THE WHICH IS SUITABLE WAY FOR MY DOUGHTER.,[ WITH BEST REGAURD] SHAK

Dear Sir, your daughter can file a petition for the custody of her minor kids and can demand maintenance allowances for her minors and for herself from the husband and court shall grant her both.

Dear, your daughter can also file criminal prosecution against her husband and mother in law for HABEAS CORPUS for the immediate recovery of her minor kids.
