What is the law condition when a lady had a baby boy of 8 mnths and after divorced she get marry then,and she still want to live with her child and her new life pattener allows her to keep the baba with her

the kid would remain with the lady because the kid is suckling child and the welfare of the kid is with the mother at this stage.

Yes she can. Baby live with her because baby is suckling and no one can get custody from mother.
