Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Assalam o Alaikum,

Mn aap se aik question pochna chahta hoon k agar aik shakhs ny apni wife ko ye keh kar talaq de di k "meri taraf se tujhy 2 saal baad talaq hy" to iss talaq ki kia haqeeqat ho gi? kia 2 saal baad wife ko automatic talaq ho jay gi ya nahi? mazeed ye k 2 saal tak wo wife hsuband k sath reh sakti hy ya apne parents k ghar rahe gi?

aur union council mn document kab bheeje jain gy? 2 saal baad?
