Legal Question in Family Law in India

My brother got married in April 2012. the girl come to my home for 1 week after that she went to her fathers home and come to delhi(my brother and I live and work) with me and my mother. but after 1 month she got pregnant and go from my house (even not informed any one ,only informed to my brother 1 hr before going).my brother ask to not to go as it is not planned. after some time we got 2 notice from her side. first in section 125A and second one is under section 498A,504,406/34,dowry act3 and dowry act 4.
my brother and she talks on phone and he told her to come to home but she refuses.
Here she live only for 1 month, no violation is happen here
my brother and bhabhi went to haridwar for 2 days and also see delhi on weeekends ,means every thing is normal at that time.
what should we do now
