Legal Question in Family Law in India

My brother got married a year ago and applied for Divorce under mutual consent. Filed petition in court on 1st March 2013 with mutual acceptance. Since last one year they were living separately. They dont have any children. Recently my brother committed suicide and he is no more today. Please suggest me on below questions.

What are the possible legal problems from my brothers wife and their parents?

 Is the Divorce petition valid?

Can My brothers wife demand for share of my brothers Property? (As on date, No property is named after him till now. He didnt earn any property from his own income. But he will be eligible for My grand fathers property as a legal hire.)

Can we file a case against my brothers wife. He died because of disputes with his wife.

Where should we be cautious, if my brothers wife demand for any compensation or share of property.

the divorce proceedings are not completed until second motion is not filed, so they are not divorced and the wife is entitled to get the share of her husband from your ancestral property only........
