Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

This case is about my friend. She got divorce from her Husband and they have two children. She file for maintenance and dowry articles case which was contested by her husband and finally got decree from court then her husband run away USA, where he is a Citizen off. Now what she can do to fulfill decree. Her husband does not have any property in Pakistan.
