Legal Question in Family Law in India

After completing 1 st motion of motion of mutual divorce me and my wife signing on 100rs stamp paper and notary. Take divorce from each other. And i have given all alimony in front of court. Before completing of second motion she marry anoter guy. And seeing she is now married i also get marries other girl. Now for completing 2nd motion she is not appearing in court. One year has passed . What should i do.?. I want to now that she can harm my second marriage or not.

Neither hers nor your's marriage is legal. But nothing can be done. She can not harm your's marriage. Just forget the court case and lead new life.
