My daughter commits suicide 4 months ago. Her two kids, elder - 7 year old and younger - 25 years old (My grand children) staying with their father. That guy is psycho. Initially he said he will send the kids to my home and later he is refusing and he is also not allowing to see them. Even his family members also behaving psych. Even they are not allowing to talk through phone. They have political support.I am terribly missing them. Is there anyway where I can legally proceed to see my grand kids atleast once in a month. Please advice
