Legal Question in Family Law in

Dear sir,

can the court exempt a person pernanently from appearing in the court in the maintnence case.A notice is being served by the accussed and the parents but i beleive they ve said that theres no need for them to present in the court as lawyer can fight the case on their behalf as long as it goes....kindly guide me as to how they should be made to attend the court hearings.

even in exemption cases the accused is required to attend the hearing.
