Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir ,

I married my adopted cousin and with our marriage our families and our society all are agree.no one have any objection by our marriage.my wife is in Canada and we have one daughter also.

But Canadian embassy say according Hindu marriage your marriage is illegal.

But I have no blood relation with my wife bcoz she was adopted from another family.

So plz tell me legal advise so I can prove our marriage is legal.

1) Produce Marriage certificate issued by Registrar of Marriage certificate which is legal.

2) If not then produce the said certificate and obtain court declaration.

3) Even Marriage under Special Marriage Act is legal.
