dear sir, i am md monir hossain living in south africa. The matter is i have heard that my wife has been eloped with someone with cash money what i sent to her.. Then i try to contect with her and her family. But they said that you must come back and take your wife.but i said its cant be so, coz i can not take her back who already eloped with someone. noe they are threaten me to open a case file in nari nirjatoton ain against me. So my question is do i have any options to open any counter case or not. I will be so kinds of you if answer me. Thanks you.

The fact u stated is too short to answer your question.However if any offence is done by your in laws, you can certainly file case. Law does not permit any body to harass you unnecessarily.
