Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir, My sister case is running u/s 125 from 2008, we had moved a application for getting medical treatment charges in Mar2009, that application has been decided on 28May13 and 2700/- is awarded but it is being given from 28May13 itself while the application was moved in Mar2008, My question is from which date 2700/- should be started as interim relief, Is there and SC ruling that relief will be applicable from the date on which the application is decided?

Please guide me.

The court may award maintenance from the date of application. if the trial court has committed an 'error'', you may file an appeal / revision before higher court.

see t copy of order court can award from date of application or from date of order
