Dear Sir,
I have transferred amount from kuwait bank to India bank on my brother account from 2007 to 2013, total amount given around 28lack
Now I would like to settle in india and asking return that money but they are refusing to give since I am having bank statement also
My parent with his favor and supporting to him, further more amount also given before that period but I dont have any document
Now I would like to take legal advise that what I should to do take my money??
