Dear Sir/Madam,
i am married (since two years) and now i have a child of 6 months. Before marriage my husband told me that he never drinks or smokes. after marriage i came to know that he does both. He always demands money from me and my parents, He never loves me nor the child. most of the time ther is problem at home.
What is the scope of getting a divorce and the custody of the child, & what is the prosedure.

1. U can file divorce petition on d grounds of cruelties
2. U can file criminal complaint u/s.498A IPC
3. U can seek protection order and separate residence under d provisions of protection of woman against domestic violence.
4 u can claim maintenance under Hindu marriage act and crpc
5. U can also seek judicial separation from husband and custody of kids
