Dear Sir,

My wife has filed false DV Case u/s 12 against me and my mother.She filed the case after 19 months of separation and she is already getting the maintenance of Rs 6000/-.I have also got decree of restitution of conjugal rights.My question is

1.Can I file DV quashing in High court?

2.If yes,Kindly suggest good Lawyers in Punjab High Court for fighhing the same case.
