You can file a petition for custody of minors along with an application for interim custody or a simply can file an application for meeting with minor. court ll fix a schedule for meeting with minor.

On the other hand , in my opinion you can only get the custody of minors if your wife contacts a second marriage.

I'll advise you to file a case for restitution of conjugal rights to take your wife back to your home and the kids would come to you alongwith your wife. For a good gesture send them some money for the maintenance.

We normally file custody petitions in those cases where the separation is for long period and parties do not agree to come to some compromise or where the divorce had been given. But in your case she is still your wife, so simply file a case to take back your wife to your home.
