I want to get divorce but my husband are not agree for that?
if i appeal in a court then I have doubt that my parents should take any action against me, I want to take divorce through a lawyer documents

Getting divorce on the basis of Khula is your right you can avail it for which you have to return the Haq mehar taken by you & waive the haq mehar gair muajjal.
