Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am about to divorce my husband. We have already agreed on alimony and filed mutual consent divorced and appeared for first motion in May. Second motion is in November. Can i take the benefit of this new law of parental property
I have heard that this law will be applicable only to new marriages, so it means i cant take benefit. Please reply

dear client any law pass by parliament is applicable from the passing date. it is not applicable to previous proceedings. so if parliament pass law regarding the property rights of wife then it will apply to marriage which will held after the passing of law. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
