divorce with mutual understanding on 100 rs stamp paper with witnesses. after that he married again in 2 year latter of divorce.and then apply to court decree so and then apply to 2 marriage registration
my question is my 2 wife is in USA i have to apply us visa right visa office told me this marriage is eligible and my case is pending so i want solution
my first marriage date is 30.07.2013 and mutual understanding on 100 stam date is 14.10.2010 and then my second marriage date 24.06.2012 and i have to apply court decree and i got court decree 4.10.2012.
my visa is pandign i want to help

there is no such thing as divorce on 100 Rs stamp paper. these things are there in movies only. you need a valid divorce from your first wife.Have you applied for the divorce and got it?? if yes then you can register your second marriage. for further clarifications contact 9312411481.
