Want to divorce my wife, such that she doesnot carry out any legal action against me later. As they already mogered alot of money from me.

dear in islamic law you easily divorce your wife but as per of pakistan family laws you must issue notice to your wife through lawyer and also to concern union council for intimation then the concern union coucil engage arbitration council and after the prescribed period the council annouce the divorce .
