Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to take divorce from my wife, we get married on 2 June 2013. We don't have any physical relation yet. even we don't talk to each other. But only thing which scares that her family repeatedly saying that we will report a fraud case against whole family. I am ready to accept any punishment which they want, but don't want my brother, his wife and my mother will suffer.

please help what to do.

Before applying for divorce you have to wait for one year from the date of marriage so be calm and just write a complaint of her familys threat to the local police and the CAW cell. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]
