Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
hi. i divorced my wife but my in laws filed fake cases against me in a court. because of these i was much under pressure and i saw no way except backing off the divorce decision. but this time my in laws put stern conditions on stamp paper like heavy penalty of 50 lacs pakistani rupees in case of divorce again that i cannot pay ever. kindly tell me what is its worth and what are possible options to escape from this trouble. many thanks! ali

Earlier divorce is effective if you can prove. Once you have pronounced divorce it cannot be ineffective even if you wish to withdraw or announced while joking. The said agreement which stipulates that you will pay Rs.50,00000 in case you divorce can be declared as null & void if you have sufficient grounds that such agreement is executed in coercion or duress.
Dear once you divorced your wife and you are fully aware after consequences so then you have no right left to revoke
Only you will be responsible to pay dower if unpaid till divorce

its not clear what kind of diveorce u had sent to your wife if it was Ahsan or Hassan then it is reconcileable or even after expirty of period u can enter into new marriage contract with same female without Hala, hwoever what u will agree being marriage consideration that would be enforcable.
