Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am elder son to my parents.i have only one younger brother.from the begining my mother had more affection for my brother.

My father had cultivative land of 10 acres and a own house.when he is alive he sold land of 10 acres and made the amount into equal four partitions (1 to him, 1 to mother, 1 to me, 1 to brother).He purchased another two houses one in his name (nestofkin: me) another on my mothers name (nestofkin : my brother).He deposited cash as FD's in bank on either or survivor mode in his and my mothers name.He also had locker which was opened in same either or survivor mode of him and my mother.in the locker family gold was placed.

unfortunately he died in a nearby town hospital suddenly.i took the death cetificate in the town.dead body was taken to our native village and all cremation was done.later my mother and brother without my notice obtained a new death certificate in the village.then my mother transfered all FD's ,Locker into her name.

Now they (mother and brother) are enjoying the whole property.when i asked for a share they are rejecting to give.Even my mother sold the 2 houses(in which i and my brother were nestofkins) without my notice.Now they are planning to sell the house which is in my fathers name. They completely kept me away from all matters.

i suffered a lot of mental pressure due to this unexpected cheating from my mother and brother. In present circumstances how can i get justice.what shall i do.please kindly help me.
