Legal Question in Family Law in India

my ex-husband had fake addresses, so inorder to get khula from him, the kaazi rang him to sign on the khula document but my ex-husband did online signatures. the signatures on the kuhla document match with the nikahnama.

i want to ask you will the khula be considered valid as the signatures are obtained online (through scanned copy)?

can my ex-husband deny the signature later and trouble me ?
