can an ex-wife whose marriage is declared null and void ask for a permanent injunction restraining me from dealing with my property without first obtaining separation of properties is it maintainable in the court of law in india

Her suit may not be maintainable. However, you will need to defend the case. It may be good to engage a local counsel as and when you receive court summons of case filed by her.

if she has independent right in the properties irrespective of her relationship of a wife, she can seek orders.
