Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Me and my ex-wife after 5 year of family court cases , sign a compromise agreement , which was notarized and notarized number also given. Same compromise agreement presented by my ex-wife in the court and maintenance case dismissed as withdrawn on compromise. The child maintenance was set RS 5000/- each children per month. After 7 month of break when I married again , she file fresh case in the new family court and demanded maintenance again. My question is when there is already a maintenance order there and I am obeying , is it not illegal to file a fresh case without getting permission from the previous family court. I mean like is law permit someone to file new maintenance case every year when already court decisions there, and if it is not allowed then what legal proceedings should I do to stop this second illegal case. Please guide me on that issue.

yes once she withdraw her case she cant second one but first send me dacuments of last case alongwith compromise and copy of fresh case .

she can file the case and claim, but, she is barred to claim the previous one.
