Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Father(88 Years old & not very stable mentally & physically) has four sons. But two of them torturing him and trying to get the benefits on properties. Can I file a case in court so that whatever divide on property being done must be done in presence of a lawyer assigned by Court. So that they can't get signs from my father.
