I want to file a divorce petition to my wife becoz i found her cheating in Hyderabad after 1 month after marriage but we came to some settlement and now she again cheating me after 2 years after marriage. I work in gurgram but my family settled in Hyderabad and i got married in Visakhapatnam. Is any chance can i file the case in Hyderabad before her family plan to drop a case against me... My wife family are continuously harassing for my wife gold and dowry... i have her previous recording of a telephone conversation.

Having extramarital relation amounts to adultery provided you do not condone her sin and continue co-habitation. Therefore, ground of adultery can not be taken of first instance but for recent act, it can be taken for sure. Additionally, cruelty of cruelty is also made out.
