Legal Question in Family Law in India

gd morning sir .this is rana kumar .iam an adoptee .iam 23 years old .due to mis understandings of my adopted parents i dont want be with them .now i want to move my natural parents ,and my natural parents are ready to accepting me .so how the way i proceed to get back to my natural parents .and up to now my certificate names were adoptive parents name and i have to change my certificates names also with my natural parents .so plz inform me @ [email protected]

In my opinion, you do not have the choice of reversing the adoption. Once adoption has taken place in accordance with law, biological parents cannot claim any right over the child and vice versa.

You are a major and your natural parents may adopt you. in so far as the name change in certificates, after the adoption procedure then you may issue a notice in any newspaper regarding your name change and then that would be sufficient for further certifications.
