Legal Question in Family Law in Lebanon

Good Morning,
My husband is datining (maybe married I don't know) underage girl (he is muslim). We have no contact over year, no any support for our kid as well (he didn't participiate during delivery and didnt pay any fees for hospital). I would like travel abroad for summer holydays to visit my family and grandparents of our child. Do I need to apply for court order to have permission to travel. Our marriage has been concluded abroad and registered later in Lebanon. Thank you.

1- You are married to a Lebanese Muslim.

2- Your marriage was concluded abroad and registered in Lebanon.

3- You have a kid from him.

4- You are separated from him for over a year.

5- You would like to travel during this summer to visit your family with your kid to meet your parents.

3- Do you have a residency in Lebanon?

4- Do you have a work permit in Lebanon?
