Grand Father earn money but that money used assets purchased register direct to sons. First son assets is 5.5/24 acres and one house, Second son assets is 6/24 acres and house , Third son is assets is 4/24 acres and no house but only register 8 acres, Fourth son is assets is 2/24 acres and one house and Fifth son 6.5/24 acres but register 32 acres and two buildings. but no one sons are earn money and can get sons equally assets through indian law?. please suggest sir.

It is his self earned property and he may gift this property to anyone another cannot make any objection legally.
