Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Hello,
I am a 32 years old and working lady. I got married before 07 years ago. but my in laws and my husband had no interest to continue the married life properly and always creates problem. My husband never respect me and physically attacks me which I feel life risk for me. I have a baby girl of 03 years old. Now I am feeling tired and thinking to divorce my husband. My Kabin was for Tk.0.80 million, out of which Tk. 0.53 million they showed collected (though it was not the fact).
I want to know what I will get after benefit for me and my baby?

In short:

For divorce:

Notice of divorce required to be served upon your husband and copy of the same has to be served to the Mayor (in metro. area)/ Chairman (in Union).

Divorce will become effective after the expiry of 90 days.

AND

Post divorce:

You are entitled to get 0.47 million and maintenance upto expiry of the 90 days. Baby girl will get maintenance till attaining majority.
