Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Hi...

I got married 11 months back .. after 2 months of wedding my inlaws kicked me out of house..I went on dinner with my husband and there we had a little fight... from there he dropped me at my mother's home. I never went to his home from their again and all of my dowry and gold is in their possession which worth almost 45 lacs and they are not giving it back and they don't let me inside home. I dont live in pak .. I live in abroad. Now I want to file a case against him. I have heard that court only returns things that has invoice (raseed) available. But it's obvious I don't have invoice of every single thing. Kindly tell me will I get all of my things back if I submit list in court.

Kindly guide me what should I do.

By submitting a hand written list of all of your dowery articles and by producing the witnesses who can give the evidence as per given list and know about all of your dowery articles you can get all the articles back.

No your observation is wrong.

as there are so many ways of evidence through which the female recover her all goods articles of dowry.

so don't afraid about your case .

any lawyer in Pakistan will handle the case easily in presence of your attorney. who will represent you in court.
