How much time has elapsed since from the date of death of your grand mother? By which deed or by which mean property was transferred by your grand mother to your mother? What are the legal documents as stated by you? Are they registered one? As such there is no law which permit grandchildren as a matter of right to inherit the property of grand mother, however, it vary from case to case and from circumstance of the case. Consult with details.
