Legal Question in Family Law in India

we have a house where my family lives on the ground floor and my uncle(father's younger brother) lives on first floor.

This house was earlier on my grandmother's name before she died she made a registered will that after her death this house will be transfered to me and my father.

After her death we registered this house on our name in munciple commission office.

Now my uncle is filing a case that this will is Illigal.

please advice me what can we do in this case.

our first hiring is on 27-6-2013.

Your uncle cannot be stopped from filing a case. However, you may take all available grounds in defence after you receive court summons and a copy of the plaint filed by him.
