My husband filed case Hindu act section 12(1)c.

We had been in relation for 5 years and this year got married in temple. But his family not accepting because of I belong to lower caste n there community will boycott them.

Our coupling is going on and he is not ready to stay with me now but I want this marriage , I want to save this relationship but he is not willing.

My company sending me abroad for project work so I can apply for power of attorney or how should I proceed so that my job should not affect with this.

Yes, you can execute special power of attorney in respect of your case and you can get yourself represented in the case through your attorney. Start your fresh life.
