Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband filled divorce case against me as I hve got all the evidence against them causing my miscarriage without consent & hve filled previously FIRand the session criminal trail is on but as they are from high profile family by hook n crook he is presurizing me for divorce & the family court has passed the order of separation in his favour neglecting the session courts trail hve challenged the order in high court I m not interested in financial settelment bcoz I m fighting against the injustice & not for money high court has ordered for mediation so plz help bcoz in previous process in family court hve gone thru d process but as told earlier not intrested in financial settlement plz help rply soon

what do you want out of this dispute? do you want to divorce him or not? any specific reasons for not seeking maintenance?
