if you come to know husband is gay/impotent just after marriage, how much time it takes to divorce

Being gay or impotent are two different things and are distinct. A gay may not be impotent and a person may be impotent towards a particular person but he may be potent for others. Divorce cannot be filed till one year is not lapsed. It may take approximately one to three years time.
