My husband is green card holder in USA i don't have green card.
my son is 9 years old he is US citizen
Iam staying in india for last 3 and half years with my son .
he didnot contacted us from last 3 years.
he sent mails asking me to file divorce in India and he will give me some compensation after completing the process.
What is exparte decree and how can he use it to take divorce in Usa
With exparte decree can he get divorce without my knowledge and consent
if he applies for exparte decree does information will be sent to me or not

Dear client if husband file divorce in u s a and court send u notice of that and u will not appear in the matter then only he will get ex party divorce. But u can file here cases like domestic violence and maintenance and if he will not come then court will issue warrant against him. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
